Jing An Temple

A view of Jing An Temple (靜安寺) from the Puli Hotel on the 24th Floor.

The Wheelock Centre overlooming the ostentatiously gilded temple (which sits right next to a luxury department store 久光). I don't like the juxtaposition, but this IS Shanghai/China.

Therefore, very appropriate.
